Aracely's Flan Recipe: A Delicious and Creamy Dessert
Aracely's Flan is a classic dessert that is loved by many. This creamy and delicious dessert is perfect for any occasion, and it's easy to make. In this recipe, we will show you how to make Aracely's Flan with detailed composition of ingredients by serving, cooking tips, and a description of the cooking process, appearance, and taste of the dish.
Ingredients (serves 6):

For the caramel:

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water

For the flan:

- 4 large eggs
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cooking Tips:

- Use a non-stick pan to make the caramel. This will prevent the sugar from sticking to the pan and burning.
- Be careful when making the caramel. The sugar will be very hot and can cause serious burns if it comes into contact with your skin.
- When adding the eggs to the mixture, make sure to whisk them well to avoid lumps in the flan.
Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. To make the caramel, add the sugar and water to a non-stick pan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves, then stop stirring and let it cook until it turns a golden brown color.
3. Pour the caramel into a 9-inch round baking dish, tilting the dish to coat the bottom evenly. Set aside.
4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish with the caramel.
6. Place the baking dish in a larger baking pan and fill the larger pan with hot water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the baking dish.
7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the flan is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
8. Remove the baking dish from the water bath and let it cool to room temperature.
9. Once cooled, cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
10. To serve, run a knife around the edges of the flan to loosen it from the dish. Invert the dish onto a serving plate, and the flan should slide out easily.
Appearance and Taste:
Aracely's Flan is a beautiful dessert with a golden caramel layer on top and a creamy, custard-like texture underneath. The taste is sweet and rich, with a hint of vanilla. It's the perfect dessert to serve after a meal or for a special occasion.
