Szechuan Shrimp

In the same pan, add the bell peppers and onion and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly softened. Add the Szechuan peppercorns and chili flakes and stir-fry for another minute. Add the soy sauce and rice vinegar and stir-fry for another minute.
In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of water to make a slurry. Add the slurry to the pan and stir-fry for another minute until the sauce thickens. Add the shrimp back to the pan and stir-fry for another minute until everything is well combined.
