Savory Kalbi Noodle Delight

- 1 onion, sliced

- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon of rice wine

To start, soak the sweet potato noodles in cold water for about 30 minutes. In a large bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, rice wine, and minced garlic. Add the beef slices to the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
In a large pot of boiling water, cook the sweet potato noodles for about 5 minutes or until they are tender. Drain and rinse the noodles under cold water. Set aside.
