- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
4. Add the ginger, cinnamon, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.
5. Add the parsley, cilantro, almonds, honey, and water to the skillet and stir to combine.
6. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Remove the skillet from the heat and let cool.
8. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and phyllo dough.
9. Place one sheet of phyllo dough on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter. Repeat with the remaining sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each sheet with melted butter.
10. Spoon the chicken mixture onto the phyllo dough, spreading it evenly.
11. Fold the edges of the phyllo dough over the chicken mixture to create a pie.
12. Brush the top of the pie with melted butter.
13. Bake the pie for 30 minutes, or until the phyllo dough is golden brown.
14. Remove the pie from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
15. Sprinkle the powdered sugar and cinnamon over the top of the pie.
