- 8 falafel balls
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Tips:
- If you don't have falafel balls, you can make your own by blending chickpeas, garlic, onion, parsley, and spices in a food processor and forming them into balls.

Instructions:
