- 1/2 block of soft tofu

- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon of chopped scallions

Instructions:

1. Cut the tofu into small cubes and set aside.
