- 1 tbsp fermented black beans

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Cut the tofu into small cubes and set aside.

5. Add the chili bean paste, fermented black beans, ginger, and garlic. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
6. Add the soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and chicken stock. Bring to a boil.
7. Add the tofu and gently stir to combine.
8. Mix the cornstarch with 2 tbsp of water and add to the wok. Stir until the sauce thickens.
9. Add salt to taste.
10. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot with steamed rice.
