- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. Sichuan peppercorns
- 2 tbsp. chili bean paste
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste


Cooking Tips:

- Use a wok or a large skillet to cook this dish.
- Make sure to drain the tofu before using it in the recipe.
- Adjust the amount of chili bean paste according to your taste preference.
- You can use any type of noodles for this recipe, but we recommend using Chinese egg noodles.
Instructions:

1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the Sichuan peppercorns and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add the ground pork and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
4. Add the garlic, ginger, and green onions and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
5. Add the chili bean paste, soy sauce, sugar, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
6. Add the tofu and stir gently to coat with the sauce.
7. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with 2 tbsp. of water. Add this mixture to the wok and stir until the sauce thickens.
8. Add the cooked noodles to the wok and toss to combine.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
