- 1 block of soft tofu (400g)
- 200g ground pork
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

- 1 tbsp fermented black beans
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions:

1. Cut the tofu into small cubes and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
3. Add the Sichuan peppercorns and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
4. Add the ground pork and stir-fry until browned.
5. Add the chili bean paste, fermented black beans, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
6. Add the soy sauce, sugar, and water. Stir well.
7. Add the tofu and gently stir to combine.
8. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
9. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with 1 tbsp of water. Add the mixture to the wok and stir well.
10. Add the green onions and sesame oil. Stir well and serve hot.
