Lebanese Shawarma

Ingredients:

- 1 tsp. of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. of turmeric
- Pita bread
- Tomatoes
- Cucumbers
- Lettuce
- Tahini sauce
- Garlic sauce
- Hot sauce


Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and turmeric.
2. Add the chicken or beef to the bowl and mix well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
