Korean Spicy Beef Stew

- 2 pounds of beef chuck, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 6 cups of beef broth

- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into bite-sized pieces

To start, heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the beef from the pot and set it aside.
