- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

To start, preheat your oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, milk, parsley, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Form the mixture into 12 meatballs and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are fully cooked.
While the meatballs are cooking, heat the marinara sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once the meatballs are done, add them to the sauce and stir to coat.
To assemble the sandwiches, slice the hoagie rolls in half and place a slice of provolone cheese on the bottom half. Add 3 meatballs to each sandwich and top with more marinara sauce. Place the top half of the roll on the sandwich and wrap in foil.
Bake the sandwiches in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.
