Ingredients:
- 1 lb. salmon fillet, skin removed

- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 175°F.
2. Cut the salmon fillet into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Mix well.
