- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 lb ground pork

- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
To make the dough, mix the flour and water in a bowl until it forms a smooth ball. Knead the dough for 5 minutes, then cover and let it rest for 30 minutes. In the meantime, mix the ground pork, scallions, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and black pepper in a separate bowl.
