- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1/4 cup cooked rice
- 1/4 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

- 1/4 cup cooked and sliced Cajun sausage
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
To start, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the Cajun sausage and cook until browned and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
