- 8 cups mixed greens
- 2 cups sliced cucumbers
- 2 cups sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced red onion
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
To make the teriyaki sauce, combine the teriyaki sauce, honey, rice vinegar, vegetable oil, soy sauce, water, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground ginger in a small bowl. Whisk until well combined.
Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the teriyaki sauce over them. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
