- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, shredded coconut, chia seeds, flax seeds, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, and salt.
3. In a small saucepan, melt the honey, coconut oil, almond butter, and vanilla extract over low heat. Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
4. Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
5. While the bars are baking, make the glaze. In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon over low heat.
6. Once the bars are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes. Pour the glaze over the bars and let them cool completely.
