- 1 lime, cut into wedges


Instructions:

1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
3. Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the tilapia fillets.
4. Add the olive oil to the skillet and swirl to coat.
5. Add the tilapia fillets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until blackened and cooked through.
6. Remove the tilapia from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
7. Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet.
8. To assemble the wraps, place a tortilla on a plate and add a layer of shredded lettuce.
9. Top with a tilapia fillet, diced tomatoes, diced avocado, sour cream, and cilantro.
10. Squeeze a lime wedge over the top of the wrap.
11. Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly.
12. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
